TITLE: PEDEMONTANA – PROVINCIA DI BIELLA
DESCRIPTION: final engineering design consists in a variant to S.S. 142 – road at the foot of the mountains linking Rolino di Masserano village to the motorway toll-bar of Romagnano Sesia town. About of the road runs elevated. The most important structure is the 2.620,00 metres long viaduct across Sesia river featuring 42 bays of 60 metres each. A portion of the road totalling about 500 metres passes through an artificial tunnel between the viaduct across Ostola torrent and the junction with S.P. 66 Masserano-Rovasenda.

TITLE: ENGINEERING DESIGN FOR THE 2ND AND 3RD LOTS OF THE VARIANT TO ROAD S.S. N° 388 BIELLA-MONGRANDO
DESCRIPTION: plans develop the new variant to road S.S. 338 connecting Biella to Mongrando . The variant object of study connects urban with extraurban traffic through 3 junctions; two of them are immediately followed by roundabouts. About 70% of the road runs elevated. The main structure is the 446,00 metres long and 5 metres high from earth level viaduct across Ingagna torrent. A portion of the road totalling about 660 metres passes through an artificial tunnel between the viaduct across Ingagna torrent and the junction with former S.S. n. 149.

TITLE: FORMER S.S. 594 “RIGHT BANK OF SESIA RIVER” – BY-PASS OF GHISLARENGO URBAN AREA – 1ST FUNCTIONAL LOT
DESCRIPTION: final engineering design develops an elevated by-pass provided with two roundabouts diameter metres) and a railway viaduct made of normal reinforced concrete and prefabricated prestressed concrete beams. The whole layout has been designed featuring an extra urban road section with one lane for each way in C1 category.

DESCRIPTION: final engineering design for n. 5 steel road bridges. Detailed structural design and calculation and works management of steel bridges in the Municipality of Mongrando (BI).
